Refund policy

We offer a simple 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that certain items such as personal care products, opened beauty items, or final sale items may not be eligible for return.
